基于报警信息排查:当设备出现故障时,首先查看变频器上数码管显示的报警信息,根据报警说明排查故障。
万用表测量排查:6SL3210-1PH31-4AL0
直接检查故障变频器时,上电检查开始要用万用表测量。将万用表打到1K的电阻档,黑表笔与变频器直流(-)极连接,红表笔连接三项输入、输出端测量电阻,正常电阻值在5 - 10K之间,且输入、输出三相之间要一致,输出端三相电阻值略小于输入电阻值。
在完成(-)测电阻测量后,将黑表笔放在(+)测继续三相测量,方法相同。若电阻值正常且无充放电现象,则可进行上电测量;否则可能功率部件损坏,若有明显烧毁痕迹则不能直接上电,要更换问题部件。

2. Troubleshooting (for Siemens inverters containing this module)
Troubleshooting based on alarm information: When the equipment fails, first check the alarm information displayed on the digital tube on the inverter, and troubleshoot the fault according to the alarm description.
Multimeter measurement troubleshooting:
When directly checking the faulty inverter, use a multimeter to measure it at the beginning of the power-on check. Set the multimeter to the resistance level of 1K, connect the black test lead to the DC (-) pole of the inverter, and connect the red test lead to the three input and output terminals to measure the resistance. The normal resistance value is between 5 and 10K, and the input and output three-phase should be consistent, and the three-phase resistance value at the output end should be slightly smaller than the input resistance value.
After completing the (-) resistance measurement, place the black test lead on the (+) measurement to continue the three-phase measurement with the same method. If the resistance value is normal and there is no charging or discharging phenomenon, the power-on measurement can be performed; otherwise, the power component may be damaged. If there are obvious burn marks, the power cannot be directly turned on, and the problem component must be replaced.
